Very tasty, high quality Franconian food. You can tell that all dishes are lovingly and freshly prepared. Whether roast, fish or dessert, everything we have eaten there has tasted very good. There are classics such as herb wraps with tamper, Schäuferle with raw homemade gniedla, duck, slaughter bowl and and and. The inn is very Franconian and the hosts very courteous and friendly. Make a reservation in advance!

Absolutely brilliant. One of the few true slow food restaurants in the region. The chef and her brother are excellent hosts. The menu is small and local franconian comfort food is the theme. The menus on Fridays are perfect with great choices, quality and pacing.

Happy to have found this little gem out and away from the beaten track. Very friendly owners and staff, atmosphere like visiting someone in their home (like a living room - in a good way) and superb food that is both down to earth, but still very delicious (the Salsa verde is insanely good).
